The new organization of the bylaws definitely helps with clarity. Thanks!
I still think that having a one or two word description in bold for several of the provisions would be a "nice to have" as a tag when quickly scanning the document for a particular provision. For bylaws that are are short as these, I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other though. It's just what I'm more used to seeing in other bylaws and contracts.

I usually see brief leading descriptions (I'm not sure what these are called formally) for provisions. For instance, provisions 3.1, 3,2 and 3.3 could have leading descriptions similar to "Term Duration", "Unexpected Vacancies", "Eligibility" if they are put under a section that only includes provisions for "Board Members".
