OSX: Add multi-cursor #124

Hi, on the file https://github.com/jbaron/cats/blob/master/resource/keyboard_shortcuts.html it says that for the command Multi-cursor is under mac ⌘ + Option + ↑ but only Ctrl + Alt + ↑ (Windows style) is working. I don't know if it is what you want or not. As there is the two syntax for mac.

Actually the shortcuts help window is just a list I got somewhere from the Internet for Ace editor specific shortcuts. Never really validated all the options. Perhaps time to do so.

Ideally that page should be generated based on getting the commands from Ace editor and their short-cuts. That way they are always correct and not a static page like currently is the case.

Updated the help file, so at least people don't get confused right now
