"Run project" is not using package.json #129

When we run a project from cats, it's not using the package.json create for the application.

Is it intended ? Because I think that can be usefull to run the project with the right configuration.

To be honest, not really thought about it but could be indeed a nice options. Right now you can configure one of the following two in the project settings:

1) Either any HTML file in your project that CATS will open when you click run. Makes it easy to play around it bit and quickly see results

2) Or any arbitrary command to be configured at custom run tab. For example "npm start" or some some other command.

I definitively need to explore more the configuration setting of cats :)
