This is a companion app for O'Reilly Answers. Similar to the Slack app. The goal is to bring O'Reilly Answers, a productivity tool, into the places were users do their work.

Users are able to ask a question in Microsoft Teams and get a series of answers back from the Miso Q&A API.
What does success look like?
Users can find answers to questions within Teams. This generates more awareness of the Answers feature and O'Reilly Learning in general by letting a broader company audience see it within Teams. This is a common ask by B2B admins.
