move everything to the top level #8

the modules were an unnecessary abstraction layer that make you chase variables up and down the layers. probably still correct for a real implementation but for demonstration purposes reducing the back-and-forth makes it much easier to follow a screenshared explanation.

tbc, this changes no functionality at all, just collapses the directory structures, moves the resources into top level directory tf files, and moves the shell script tests into bin.
