Issues with twitter data in LinkedIn Profiles #105

Two issues with retrieving Twitter account data from LinkedIn Profiles:

(a) Issue 28 which has been closed states that the 
ProfileField.TWITTER_ACCOUNTS are updated. We have tried the call with multiple 
LinkedIn profiles which have atleast one twitter account but this collection is 
always empty

(b) Even for LinkedIn profiles which have only one twitter account, the field 
primary-twitter-account is always empty. This is an important field to retrieve 
for profile matching.

Could you please investigate these?

Sorry - a mistake in point (b) above. The field primary-twitter-account (which 
according to the LinkedIn API documentation is available as a Profile field) is 
not available in the linkedin-j wrapper. Can you please add that?
