Send URL by Email extension #2

I had this extension installed a while. I had to uninstall Thunderbird and reinstall. The extension doesn't work anymore. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling. Still doesn't do anything when I click on the extension.

Where do I go to see if the extension is linked to Thunderbird?

The extension is actually intended to open a new mail window of the default mail program (e.g. Thunderbird or Outlook) in the Chrome browser with the current tab data (link and title), but not in Thunderbird itself.

It says that the addon is compatible with my browser which is Norton Browser but the "get" button is not accessible. Do you know why? Send url by email
