Add viewpager2 dependency; update gradle to 7.1.1 #3

This fixes the missing dependency in #2. The gradle update supports JDK 16.

Missing dependencies would only be partially fixed by this pull request and are already fixed in 74fdf0d. The gradle version is 7.0.2 on the dev branch; I don't see a reason to update the main branch before merging from dev.
