Allow some filters above the "Filters and Options" #21

Hi,

First; Thank you for this plugin. I am volunteering for an environmental organizations that has chapters and projects. We need to have Redmine projects for chapters as well as the actual projects.

I'm using a custom field to distinguish between Chapters and Projects. It would be super helpful if the plugin allowed that custom field to appear above the "Filter and Options"

Perhaps the plugin configuration can have a section for above "Filter and Options" fields (like the default columns)?

Also, is it possible to save queries like the issue queries section?
