Audit the destination stations for the red and yellow lines #77

As per: https://www.wmata.com/service/status/details/metro-changes-2019.cfm

I don't think trains are stopping at Silver Spring, Mt Vernon Square, or Fort Totten anymore so remove those. Add Greenbelt as a destination station.
