Finish Chakra UI Figma File #11

Ensure all Chakra UI components and their states are completed in the Chakra UI Figma Kit so that they can be tokenized.

Guidelines:

Follow the component property naming conventions in the docs
Keep period and ?
leave out the colorScheme for disclosure related components (modal, alert dialog, accordion, etc)
We can also leave out the sizes property for the Modal.

Spacing Guidelines:

96px between header and content
16px of space between components
48px between rows
96px of space in between ‘Demo’ and other components
