Exception thrown looking for missing icon file #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run sample (on a machine other than mine since mine has the missing file)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- No exception.  Display default icon.

Fixed in SVN.  Create default icon as a resource of the Tivo.Hme.Host assembly. 
 No
independent file needed.
