💥 Migrate to Svelte/Sapper #62

Maybe wait for Sapper first release ?

Using the whole Zend Expressive framework is probably not a good idea for this small project and using PHP make it impossible to host it on GitHub pages (for instance). Migrating to Svelte/Sapper would "fix" that issue!
