Improve: if message in incoming edi file has error in mapping script and/or writing outgoing file process rest of edi file #177

old behaviour for incoming edi file:
if errors in mapping script and/or writing outgoing file whole incoming edi 
file was not processed.

new behaviour for incoming edi file:
if errors in mapping script and/or writing outgoing file one that message is 
errored.

in bots.ini is a compatibility mode (to get back old behaviour):
compatibility_handle_message_errors
