improve: simplyfy 'run' options in GUI #182

dropped:
- dropped 'retry'-option.

now only:
- run new
- (user indicated) resends 
- (user indicated) receive

files with communication errors can be resend now. 

next to this the engine can be scheduled with  automaticretrycommunication 
(automatically retry outgoing communication)
This is unchanged.
