Not all lectures load #1

When viewing a course, sometimes the lectures all appear to load, but where you'd expect to see a list of videos to open, instead there's just an empty list with '..'. One example is the History -> European Civilization, 1648-1945 course.

Thanks for the notice. I'm actually working on an updated version that fixes that, I should have it out within a few days.
