Windows agent copies, but does not run.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configured agent profile with domain credentials on server. (Pushing to 2008 
R2 server)
2. OpenDLP directory is created on the client and the client files are copied 
over. Nothing happens after this point. Nothing runs on the machine the agent 
is pushed to. No informative errors in apache error.log or ssl_access.log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Trying to deploy (0 systems remain in queue)
Possible error starting OpenDLP, check scan results when done deploying all 
agents here

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Using VM defaults in domain environment. Only thing changed is SSLVerifyClient 
is set to none instead of require. UAC has been turned off on test 2008 R2 box. 
Account has local admin rights.

Issue was a result combination of specifying domain and user account as 
<domain>\<user> as well as using sc.exe from a 32 bit Server 2003 install 
instead of XP. The 2003 copy of sc.exe would not run under 2008 r2.
