Personally I think that Changes files are meant for human consumption and so I wish they had picked a more human friendly date format, but it looks like that ship has sailed. I guess I can try to keep up with the times.
Yes, I might have done some things differently too, but as you say, pick your battles.

I've reformatted your Changes file according to the spec in CPAN::Changes::Spec.
Following this format means that various tools can more easily process your distribution automatically.
You can find out more about this at Brian Cassidy's CPAN::Changes Kwalitee Service, which is where I saw your module listed :-)
