No error/warning for non-latin chars in password when edtng user

Edit user -> type Cyrillic characters for new password and try to save Result: nothing happens --- no error or warning message, and new password s not saved ether Expected: notification similar to the one that appear of successful "Save" operation, only with error/warning text.

If this is a non-issue on the latest version, then, as I have updated the demo site, I hope that I can consider this fixed. If you find issues please let me know.
