Bootstrap 3? #53

Have anyone tried running Galileo with a newer version of Bootstrap (current version is 3.3.7)?

I am unlikely to port it to Bootstrap 3 myself. I would consider a PR that does it, but then again, I don't necessarily want to effectively re-theme everyone's sites either. It would have to be switchable via configuration.
