Expose battery level via it's own entity #25

I only get the unlock button. Would like current state and battery percentage if possible.

This is in-progress, much of the dependent work is done and released as the v0.4.0 beta.

@stevearmitage - Hopefully I'll find the time this weekend to get the rest done, but in the meantime if you'd help by upgrading to the beta version in HACS and reporting any problems here that'd be really helpful.
