Proguard license message incorrect and intimidating, should remove

I'm not sure about the intention of the Proguard license message displayed, but is sure easy to misunderstand.

Facts:

• Proguard is GPL, meaning that by default any derivative works (programs) that are written using its source or link to it (including its jar, for exampe) has to be GPL.
• This does not mean that any program created using a Proguard-derivative (as an executable program) must get under GPL. If that were true, any program for which you create a button image using Gimp would have to be GPL-ed too, to illustrate the example.
• Proguard gave a special exception to SBT to be able to incorporate proguard without SBT getting licensed under the GPL.
• Therefore, for simple SBT users, it is totally irrelevant what license Proguard has. But the message sounds like that they have to put their Android app under GPL, which is not true, and is a self-FUD.
• It would be enough if the Proguard-license thing just resided in a license.txt of SBT, and would not bother the users.

Aaah! Now I see that this message is printed out by ProGuard when detecting that it is being run by SBT.

Then it would be nice to put a big banner before it telling users that they can safely ignore that warning, since SBT has a license exception.

Could also filter the Proguard output when running that stage of processing.
