add the library dependency for scala 2.10 #168

cross Version building configuration was added in build.sbt for scala 2.9.2 and 2.10. and the published artifacts are in the repo folder

Normally we don't commit artifacts to a git repository. Could you explain why this is necessary?

I am not requesting you to merge the artifacts. I mean could you just take scala 2.10 into consideration and publish the artifacts to the public repo. Because I have not a public repo, I just commit the artifacts for temporary use for users who use scala 2.10. sorry for my previous incomplete comments in the pull request.

Yes, I just got access to upload releases, so there will be a release planned soon.
