the INBOX name is specified in the IMAP protocol:
The case-insensitive mailbox name INBOX is a special name reserved to mean "the primary mailbox for this user on this server". The interpretation of all other names is implementation-dependent.
Dear Jan, Thanks for your answer. I was wrong with my assumption then. Orange does probably comply with the IMAP protocol. But what is wrong then? What can be causing the error message that I reproduced in my original message ("Missing required argument to List [...] Command: LIST (SPECIAL USE)"" "INBOX/*", etc.) SMS BACKUP PLUS does not work for me anymore since 20180425 while I was very happy with it until then... Regards,
If you're a paying subscriber to Orange.fr, perhaps you could ask them for help?
Expected behaviour
Operational (manual or automatic) 'save' function
Actual behaviour
Does not work anymore since April 2018 upgrade to 1.5.11: Error message is : *"Missing required argument to List [...] Command: LIST (SPECIAL USE)"" "INBOX/"; response: #3# [BAD, Missing required argument to List])**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
I suspect the origin of the problem comes from the fact that my IMAP account (at Orange.fr) is not (cannot be) configured to start with INBOX/ It would be useful to be able to modify this assumption from within SMS Backup+
