Additional donation options? #927

I'd like to donate but I'm using the F-Droid version of the app. Is there other methods of donation for those not using the Google Play version?

If there is, would you mind publishing these other methods in the README, and optionally on the F-Droid app listing?

Thanks for the great app, I've used it accross many devices!
