ANDROID UPDATE TO PIE #937

Expected behaviour regular 30 min backups were happening like clockwork

Actual behaviour After Android updated my S9+ to the PIE system they have only updated once in 24 hours

Steps to reproduce the behaviour *****will this app still work with the Pie Update?

advanced messaging is off

Please specify the following:

Android version updated to PIE yesterday
Phone model / brand Samsung S9+
SMS Backup+ version installed most recent one
Messaging app samasung messages

OK so i disabled the "sleep" option this new update has to help save battery life....working great again.......BUT i put on advanced messaging to send a bigger file....then took it back off and now my SENT texts will not backup....I am hoping this is temporary as sometimes i takes the app a day to start working again. The biggest wish I had was that advanced messaging didnt stop backups......but I LUV THIS APP......
