DO NOT MERGE!!!!

This is a WIP on migrating to Next.js and typescript. Next.js fundamentally changes how this is rendered, so it will prob not work with the current firebase configurations.
I think we should keep the current way Seshmap is live for now, until we can finish all of the backend integrations. warning: that will take a while, so that means this won't be merged for awhile
