Problem with custom environment #37

Kann you have a look at the following issue? https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/646136/lost-bullets-in-a-custom-environment I am not really satisfied with the given answer. I use an optional argument to pass options to the itemze environment. I can't believe there isn't a clean solution to my problem. Please check my last comment. Thanks. Michael H.
