V10 deprecations #100

Increases the Foundry required minimum from v8 to v10, clears out deprecation warnings when importing actors.

I'd rather wait to cut off support for older versions until absolutely necessary, which from what I remember means that we can wait until v12 goes into stable release. I don't have super strong feelings about it, but since it's a forced deprecation from Foundry's side I feel that's the most fair thing to do for folks that don't want to update.

That said... do you want to take over this module as the official owner? You're working on it way more than I am these days and I don't see myself working much more on it going forward.
