Teams that change conferences #2

The current Teams database object only has one possible conference value.

Do we want this value to be set to the current conference that the team is in or do we want to add some support for past conferences?

Right now there is no code that uses the conference value that I know of.

In the pool standings spreadsheet, I used the conference value as a way to report out how often teams and conferences were included in the pool and how often they were "featured" in the tie-break game.

Given that, it doesn't really make sense to keep anything except the current conference affiliation. Keeping a list of conferences would only make sense if you also keep track of the year, too.
