Error during intial build #1

Hey Jeremy,

I am getting this error when I run --build for first time

 => => transferring context: 2B                                                                                                                                                                                                                            0.0s
 => ERROR [r_networking_ping_worker internal] load metadata for docker.io/library/python:3.10-buster                                                                                                                                                       0.1s

failed to solve: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = python:3.10-buster: open /home/mangonzale@montefiore.org/.docker/.token_seed: permission denied

I looking into this issue a little. I could not replicate.

My initial thoughts are:

docker identity/account limits issues (may need to refresh your docker config file)
Processor hierarchy issue (x86/ARM)

Unfortunately, I have been dealing with some billing/cost management issues with my lab on Digital Ocean and GCP. I hope to have it sorted out next weekend, at that time I can do some more testing.
