Firmware programming #22

I have built the hardware, it is version 1A as per the shared file on PCBWay.

My problem is that I cannot program the Arduino Nano, I can’t find the file to program the Nano or the method to do it. I have worked with Arduino’s before.

Can I please get help with this?
