Ability to switch between formats in the screenplay editor

We want to be able to edit various input formats:

• Hollywood-style plain text
• Fountain format (.fountain) which is similar to the Hollywood-style plain text
• Arbitrary, free-form plain text (eg. a synopsis)

To this end we can display a select picker / dropdown
