Fix the "hot reload" issue

this is a very frustrating issue: in development mode (yarn tauri:dev) when we click on a search result link it "hot reloads" the search page once, which adds unnecessary delay and costs

update: I've changed a bit how things work, and as a consequence now the bug is that we need to click on a tab to trigger it to load
