Create payment form view #17

As a site user/admin user, I want to be able to apply charges to a customer, it is a business after all!

Payments to be taken on an Order basis.
Meaning that a customer can have many orders and there can be invoices for each order all relating to one customer.
In a test environment real billing cannot be applied.

In the order screen which relates to a customer. An invoice can be created which will display in an invoices table on the right of their order page. If it is unpaid it has a white background in the table. Paid ones are green.
