As staff/an admin I can view a list of items so that I can see what is in stock

Pagination to prevent a huge table loading in one go.
Click on an item to view specific details to one item.

Responsive
Pagination of items to prevent one long list.
Ordered so that they can be separated by category. This category is then also highlight in the table.
A button in each row of the table changes colour depending on the status of the Item. This button navigates to the Item View
