Customer and Order Notes

As staff/an admin I can add notes to customers and orders so that I can gain a comprehensive history of communications with a customer

• Concept of the notes is the same for a customer and an order.
• Customer notes are general and not specific to any one order and can be viewed from the main customer view
• Order notes are specific to an order and relate only to that order.
  • eg. you would not document a customer's change of billing address in an order. But you could set a different delivery address.
  • An existing customer can have deliveries to multiple places (holiday rentals as an example) [REF] #35
