As staff/an admin I can easily navigate around the software for greater efficiency and less frustration.

Side Bar for larger screens.
Top bar with drop down for smaller screens.
Dynamic across different aspects of the software.
Highlighting current app the user is in and features available from that URL endpoint.
Part of #1 as an include
Will need regular customisation as apps are added across the project
