Water column simulations #1

Run more water column models that increase the temperature initial condition in both layers (by the same amount) and move the salinity condition so it is the same distance from the reference density isopycnal. This is to show how the cabbeling instability changes as the equation of state becomes more linear.

Have looked at this for two initial conditions of $\Theta$ and $S$. Can now easily do for others. See scipts/run_wcmodel.jl.
