how to authenticate when SSO is enabled #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.My company is using Google Apps for Business and enabled single sign-on (SSO)
2.I am trying to connect corporateaddressbook using \email@companydomain.com 
using SSO password but getting a "Authentication failed" error.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? Corporate Addressbook 2.0.7

What version of Android are you running? 4.4.2

What version of Exchange are you connecting to? Google Apps

Please provide any additional information below. I am using SSO password and 
using my corporate email address. Our SSO does not authenticate email address 
but we have a core ID by which we authenticate.
