No integration with secondary email client on android #14

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. search for any name.
2. click on email icon to compose email.
3. list shows only Gmail app and dropbox etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should show the email app that is connected to exchange atleast.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi there

Can you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the app. I
thought I fixed this in the 1.1.2 release. Would be great if you could check.

Thanks
Vivek

I downloaded the app yesterday and it did not integrate with my exchange
account and only shows with gmail, drop box etc.

Looking forward to seeing this integration.

Thanks.

Are you on a Nexus One running 2.2? Also can you please tell me the version of
the app you are running. I am also testing on a Nexus One, and I do see the
Email app option. In order to check the version number of the app please go to
Home -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Corporate Addressbook

That does suffice. You have the latest and greatest installed, and this feature
has worked for everyone in the past. Not sure what is happening here. Can you
perhaps provide a list of options that show up when you click the email button?
Also what version of the Os are you running?
