SMS icon not displayed #81

In the contact details page, the SMS icon is not displayed for any phone number 
(i.e. neither for "Phone" nor "MobilePhone"). The "call" (green phone) icon is 
properly displayed on both phones.

I'm running v1.3 on Android 2.3 (cyanogenmod 7). FYI, my android language 
setting is french, but corporate addressbook messages are in english.

The SMS functionality was removed due to incompabilities. It will be 
reintroduced in a later version shortly.
