Ingest feeds/scrape pages from legal torrent sources

It would be nice to actually have a front page index listing some torrents, but include arbitrary torrents that users search for would be unacceptable: that could include random illegal content. Don't want that.

Instead, we should read legal sources, and add those to our index tagged with the source/license. I don't really need a ton of data, so just pulling in the following would be fine for now:

http://tasvideos.org/publications.rss Each item contains multiple torrent file URLs, and a source page.
http://bt1.archive.org/hotlist.php http://bt2.archive.org/hotlist.php Each item has an infohash, and a source page. Some of this content looks sketchy, though -- maybe it's not a safe source?
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/alternative-downloads Torrent URLs, all associated with the same source.
