If the torrent has a README file (or a file matching other common info file name patterns), we should promote it (and its ancestors) to the top of the list, and display the first N (2048?) bytes of its content directly below the file listing.
This should be limited to one file per torrent. (As with the size limit, this is to limit the potential for abuse/using the site to directly distribute content.)
