Improve the DECT module #34

There are some papercuts in the DECT module, e.g.:

Some ambiguous naming, especially concerning the types of CRCs
Lack of docstrings
Lack of type hints
Crc16dectR is overlooked

Also we are not automagically testing against the known good X-crcs yet.
