Add shot chart #13

In the individual player page, look into adding a shot chart for the player.

This will probably not be implemented. Will keep open though in case I come across anything that may be of use.

Since I am working on a web based version of NBAreact, this idea might be implemented.

Thinking of doing this idea as a separate project rather than incorporating into NBAreact.
