...automatically forward BLAS level 3 calls to the GPU. Tested on Ubuntu, currently not working on Mac

thanks for your changes. Actually, I added a new config parameter called --build-type to switch between different choices of libraries.

Therefore I'm closing this pull request, but I've added you to the release notes and everywhere to log your contribution!
