Generalized eigen values #8

Dear Mikio,

I wrote 3 methods for generalized eigen vectors.

git made some strange patches were some code occurs in double, which I don't understand.

Can you check I didn't break anything before pulling?

(I am not an expert in Lapack or Java. I use jblas from a Lisp on the JVM.)
