Task: Add Multiple Annotations to Selected Text

Allow the user to add multiple annotations to the same portion of selected text in the Markdown editor.

Details:

[ ] Update the interface to support multiple annotations on the same text selection:
- Modify the annotation system to allow the user to add more than one annotation to the same portion of text.
- Ensure that when the user selects an already annotated section, they can choose to create an additional annotation without overwriting the existing one.
- Provide clear options in the pop-up for adding new annotations alongside existing ones.
[ ] Manage the display of multiple annotations:
- If multiple annotations are present on the same text selection, display an indicator (such as an icon or a number) to show that multiple annotations exist.
- On hover or click, display a scrollable list of all annotations for that text selection.
- Ensure that each annotation in the list shows its title.
- Allow the user to easily navigate through or view each annotation separately.
[ ] Test the functionality for multiple annotations:
- Test the creation of multiple annotations on the same text selection.
- Verify that all annotations are saved and retrieved correctly from the database.
- Ensure the user can view each individual annotation without affecting the others.
