Facelift of the RTG Scan in the streamlit app

The RTG scan is a cool utility which produces graphs like the ones below.

I'd like to do the following:

• [ ] Clean up the code a bit (maybe just split code into more discrete sections)
• [ ] Start using T-Lens for the Decomposition
• [ ] Enable Decomposition at different levels
• [ ] The visualization of attention is crap so fix that.
• [ ] sort the grid of correlations in the RTG decomp
